Ms Chhavi Kohli also talks about the “healthy plate” concept which is a modern way of planning your diet. This plan is suitable for both vegetarians & non vegetarians and is made specially keeping indian diet in mind.
इसके अलावा मिसेज छवि कोहली “हेल्दी प्लेट” कंसेप्ट के बारे में बात करेंगी, जो कि डायट प्लान करने का आधुनिक तरीका होता है।

यह प्लान वेजिटेरियन और नॉन-वेजिटेरियन दोंनो के लिए होता है और विशेष रूप से यह इंडियन डायट (भारतीय आहार योजना) को ध्यान में रखकर ही बनाया गया है।

Early morning

1)Tea or coffee (without sugar)
2)Avoid biscuits
3)Take nuts – pista, badam

सुबह/ प्रात:काल

1-चाय या कॉफी (बिना चीनी)
2- बिस्किट न खायें
3- पिस्ता
4- बादाम

Breakfast

1. 1 glass milk or curd
2. Daliya
3. Oats
4. Stuffed roti
5. Besan chilla
6. Sprouts

ब्रेकफास्ट/नाश्ता

1- एक गिलास दूध या दही
2- दलिया
3-ओट्स
4-स्टफ्ड रोटी
5- बेसन का चीला
6-अंकुर या स्प्राउट्स

Lunch/dinner

1) Half plate steamed/boiled/sauteed vegetable or salad
2) 1/4th dal or curd or paneer/chicken
3) 1/4th rice or roti or oats etc

लंच/डिनर

1- आधा प्लेट स्टिम्ड किया हुआ या आधा उबला हुआ/ उबला हुआ/ सॉटैड या तला हुआ सब्जी या सलाद
2- 1/4 दाल या दही या पनीर/ चिकन
3- 1/4 चावल या रोटी या ओट्स

Snacks

Avoid processed food as snacks

1) Vegetable soup
2) Roasted chana
3) Sprouts
4) Paneer
5) Chicken
6) Eggs

स्नैक्स
प्रोसेस्ड फूड खाने से परहेज करें

1- वेजिटेबल सूप
2- भूना चना
3-स्प्राउट्स
4-पनीर
5-चिकेन
6-अंडे

Foods to avoid

1) Packaged foods
2) Bakery products
3) Chips
4) Maida-based products
5) Juices

इन फूड्स से करे परहेज

1-पैकेज़्ड फूड्स

4-मैदा से बने प्रोडक्ट्स
